BMW will unveil its new electric vehicle flagship – the battery-powered BMW i7 – with the next generation of the 7 Series this year. Several weeks before the global premiere of the BMW 7 Series, Head of Development Frank Weber revealed details about the car. He promised "technology features" and a "unique indoor experience including digital components and luxury materials." BMW plans to debut the BMW i7 zero-emission car in April. The Bavarians publicized the occasion through the use of silhouettes of the front and inside.
