In the event that you cannot connect to Orbi router by Orbi login, the reason may be associated with either the network configuration or incorrect parameters. First of all, be sure your device is connected to Orbi Wi-Fi. Restart both the router and modem to refresh the connection. If it does not help, check through the Orbi app or Orbi login whether your firmware is on the latest version. You may also be required to reset the entire router and set up the network again if access is not restored.
